The progress tracker allows parents to see at a glance how well their child is progressing through the EYFS, the progress tracker is automatically generated from achievement dates, observations or photographs on Early Years Outcomes within the child's progress section.

Snapshots of the child's tracker can be taken at any time to compare their progress over time.

Key Areas of the Progress Tracker section for Parents

Parents can see at a glance how well their child is progressing through the EYFS.
The child's progress tracker is automatically generated from achievement dates, observations or photographs on Early Years Outcomes within the child's progress section.
Snapshots of the child's tracker can be taken at any time to compare their progress over time.
Each age range within each aspect of an area of learning will display as Emerging, Developing or Secured.
Age ranges show as Emerging if an achievement date has been added to just one Early Years Outcome, OR, an observation or photograph has been added to one or more but not all Early Years Outcomes within an age group.
Age ranges show as Developing if an achievement date has been added to two or more, but not all, Early Years Outcomes, OR, all the Early Years Outcomes have at least one observation or photograph assigned to them within an age group.
Age ranges show as Secured if an achievement date has been added to all the Early Years Outcomes within an age group.

The Progress Trackers section can be accessed by placing your mouse over the Progress icon at the top of the page and from the drop down list that appears clicking on the Progress Trackers link.
